Is it herpes?
I am 18 and male. About 2 weeks ago, I had unprotected, receptive, anal sex with a male partner. He did not ejaculate inside me, instead on my penis to use as lubricant. Fast forward to circa a few days ago: I get a canker sore, and seem to have broken out in acne. The acne was red, very spread out (not in groups), on my upper thigh and lower back, perchance on my buttocks. I am almost wondering if this is herpes, because the acne lacks the white pus head most acne has. It is though not itchy or painful. Also most pictures of herpes tend to have it bunched together and not as circular as my 'sores' are, but then again, I've never had acne on my upper thigh, it lacks the white heads, and the won't pop. Could this be herpes? Also, I have a slightly swollen lymph node.

- Herpes lesions/bumps don't always come in clusters. Sometimes they appear as single bumps, flat bumps, or even sometimes as cuts in the skin. Since you're having sex with another male, even with a condom you're putting yourself at risk. If you want to get tested, you need to go now while you have the bumps so that the Dr can do a culture. In the meantime, go to this website(http://www.cdc.gov/std/herpes/STDFact-herpes.htm) and review the info there. I hope this helps. Good Luck!!!!
- First off, you're a complete idiot, having unprotected butsecks. That being said, before you panic, wash with a mild soap (Ivory unscented!) and water, dry fully, get some witch hazel and clean the pores of your thigh and buttcheeks. Don;t scrub, just wipe 'em off with a clean cloth soaked with the witch hazel. Don't use any witch hazel between your cheeks on on your goods! After you're 100% dry and cleaned, use a medicated powder like gold bond. Don't overdo it, but make sure your butt and boys are dry and clean for 48 hours- no tight cl othing, no abrasions, no dirt or sweat. THEN get checked out by your doctor, to be sure. If the rash and zits aren't a LOT better, get checked out fast. And wear a rubber johnny on your Peter, dummy.
- well schedule an apointment with your doc. if they are herpes they will turn in to blisters and then eventually pop and thats when they will be painful. so it could be the herps. the doctor is the only one who can tell you for sure. be more careful next time. and they dont have to be in groups and they dont confine themselves to the gental area. also before the outbreak happens you may experience muscle sorness and cold symptoms
- It could be. Herpes comes in many forms. the only way to be sure is to go to the doctor while you are having the breakout, and they should be able to tell just by looking at it. and they will still test you
