- The only way to be sure is to see a doctor. If you have had sexual contact then you should make an appointment soon just in case.
- look it up on a health site, and see if the symptoms are the same. You can go to the doc or a clinic, and they will tell you for sure.
- I can't tell where on your penis the bump is located in this picture, but it looks like an ingrown hair to me. That's not to say that it couldn't be something more serious, so if you have had unprotected sex, go see a doctor. There are a lot of treatable STD's it could be also, so don't freak out too too much until you know for sure. Use a condom! :-)
- To me it looks like an under skin infection like a zit. It looks like some pus is inside of it: But no sign of herpes Sky.
