i would think so since blood tests are not all that accurate for herpes. its better to take a swab of an outbreak rather than a blood test. your blood is screened for hiv and i would think other stds but there is a lot of inacuracy when it comes to blood tests for herpes. ask them what they screen for if u decide to donate blood.
