i am having recurring herpes right now i had it like 2 years ago but i got it all of a sudden again. And right now im on zovirax and im in so much pain. Its only on my face right now it just started like on wednesday. Anyway i can ease the pain

- Are you taking some pain medication for this - either tylenol or ibuprofen on a regular basis? Also, there are over the counter meds - Herpicin and Abbreva that you can put on the sores to help them heal faster too.
